Front Desk
Anita, Front Office
Anita has been with Elmbrook General Dentistry for almost 14 years. She started as Concierge and then moved into the business office. With her background in banking and finance, she has transitioned into the role of financial coordinator with ease. Anita enjoys customer service, working with people, and forming relationships with our patients. She is the proud Oma of her 5-year-old granddaughter Hazel, who she will quickly tell you is the light of her life. Cooking, baking, reading, spending time with friends and family, and travel are her favorite pastimes.
Jackie, Surgical Treatment Coordinator
Jackie started her dental career in 1986 after earning her RDA degree from MATC. She was a chairside general and orthodontic assistant for 6 years before transitioning to administrative roles spanning from treatment coordinator, insurance coordinator, to office manager. In her current role at Elmbrook General Dentistry, her knowledge of dentistry and insurance deepens her commitment to patient care and education. Outside of the office Jackie also works for the Milwaukee Brewers and is celebrating over 25 years with the Retail Team. She enjoys baseball, traveling, hiking, trying new crafts, and spending time with her family and friends.
Shanice, Front Office
Shanice works front desk at Elmbrook General Dentistry and is a wonderful asset to our team. Shanice brings fresh viewpoints, a helpful attitude, and a strong sense of organization to the office each day. She goes above and beyond to keep the schedule running smoothly. Shanice enjoys working with an amazing team who are both very supportive and helpful. Some things Shanice enjoys outside of work are painting, cooking, traveling, and thrifting.
Merry Z, Front Office
Merry joined our team in 2024. She has been a welcoming face in the dental industry for over 40 years. She loves building lasting relationships with patients. When she’s not at the office, Merry enjoys seasons tickets to the Green Bay Packers, golfing, and hiking. Every weekend when the Brewers are in town, she can be found working Hospitality on the Club Level, as she has done for over 20 years.
Hygienist
Jennifer, Dental Hygienist
Jennifer is a Registered Dental Hygienist who has had the honor of providing dental hygiene care for Elmbrook General Dentistry clients for over 25 years. Her goal is to create a comfortable and positive dental hygiene experience. She enjoys promoting oral health and overall health and wellness. She also enjoys spending time with family, reading, gardening, music, and yoga.
Mary, Dental Hygienist
Mary has spent the better part of her life as a dental hygienist. She is a mother of two daughters and one granddaughter. She enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends. She feels fortunate to be able to continue working part-time in a field that she enjoys. Mary loves working in a practice where she can continue to grow.
Stacey, Dental Hygienist
With over 25 years of experience as a registered dental hygienist, Stacey is passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain healthy, confident smiles. She takes pride in providing care that is gentle, thorough, and upbeat, creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through the door. She believes great dental care goes beyond cleanings. Her philosophy is about building trust, easing anxiety, and helping patients feel comfortable while supporting long-term oral health through education and personalized care.
Ricki, Dental Hygienist
Ricki May, BSDH is a registered dental hygienist at Elmbrook General Dentistry, where she has practiced since 2017. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Marquette University in 1995 and brings experience in community health, children’s dentistry, special needs care, orthodontics, and adult general dentistry. Ricki also works part-time at Marquette University School of Dentistry, where she enjoys mentoring young adults entering the profession. Outside of work, Ricki has been married to her husband Wes for 25 years and has three adult sons. She is actively involved in her church and community singing and values service, mentorship, and lifelong learning.
Assistants
Annabelle, Lead Clinical Assistant
Annabelle is the Lead Clinical Assistant at Elmbrook General Dentistry, where she loves being part of a close-knit team that blends science, creativity, and heart. She brings precision with an artistic touch and truly enjoys working alongside the doctors and team in a supportive, collaborative environment. She loves helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. Outside of the office, she can often be found chasing charming thrift and antique treasures, savoring a really good cup of coffee, painting, spending time with her puppy, and soaking up the little moments with her fiancé, friends, and family.
Sam, Dental Assistant
Sam is Dr. Pham’s main Dental Assistant at Elmbrook General Dentistry. She loves patient care and helping people feel comfortable and confident during their visits. She is passionate about working alongside doctors who are personable, informative, and genuinely invested in their patients. She believes great dentistry starts with trust and clear communication. She was drawn to dentistry because she wanted to help people feel confident in their smiles and proud of their oral health. Outside of the office, you’ll usually find her navigating motherhood, riding dirt bikes, spending quality time with family and friends, or scrapbooking and capturing life’s special moments.
Khara, Dental Assistant
Khara has been a dental assistant since 2002 and truly enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. Khara has brought many laughs, knowledge, and new perspectives to our office and always greets patients with a smile. She enjoys being part of a team that creates a welcoming, positive experience in the office. When not at the office, Khara loves spending time with family and friends, working on craft projects, and she absolutely adores penguins.
Paulina, Dental Assistant
Paulina is a hygiene assistant at Elmbrook and is a wonderful asset to our office. She always brings positivity, warmth, and helpfulness to our team. She loves that Elmbrook General Dentistry allows her to serve and help our patients in our community and gives her purpose. It gives her so much joy to see the beautiful smiles as our patients walk out of our office. When she is not working, she enjoys her love of ballroom dance, shopping, travel, and cooking. “Your Smile Is the Prettiest Thing You Can Wear.”
