Teryn
My name is Teryn, and I am the Financial Coordinator/Concierge here at Elmbrook General Dentistry. I recently chose a career in the field of Dentistry after graduating from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Science Degree.
In my spare time I enjoy going to the YMCA, spending time with friends, traveling to Green Bay to visit my family, and spending time at my cabin in the summertime. I have a passion for writing and impacting the lives of others.
Jackie
Hi, my name is Jackie. I graduated from MATC in 1986 as a certified Dental Assistant. I joined the Elmbrook family in 1999. I took a hiatus and rejoined the team in 2008 as the Clinical Coordinator. In my 24 years in the world of dentistry I have done general assisting, orthodontic assisting, reception and office management.
My love for baseball has taken me around the country and has landed me a part-time job at The Brewer Team Store at Miller Park for the last nine seasons. I like to spend my spare time at the YMCA, with friends, and my seven nieces and nephews.

My name is Sandy and I am the Hygiene Coordinator here at Elmbrook General Dentistry. I have been here a little over a year and I am absolutely thrilled to be here!
I have been married to Jeff for almost seven years now. We recently rescued our dog Duncan through the WAAGR (Wisconsin Area Adopt a Golden Retriever) group. I also have two grown children. My son Michael is 25, single and lives in Watertown. My daughter Samantha is 21, married, and going to nursing school in Virginia.
I hope you will enjoy your experience here at Elmbrook General Dentistry as much as I enjoy coming in to work each day. This is my “extended family” and I hope you will feel that way about us when you are here. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask any of us. Welcome!

Hi! My name is Leslie, and I have been a hygienist here at Elmbrook since 1989. I graduated from Marquette University and started working here first as an assistant, then moved to hygiene after receiving my hygiene degree. When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my husband, four daughters, and golden retriever – Dixie!

Hi! My name is Sonya and I am one of the treatment coordinators here at Elmbrook General Dentistry. I have been working here since September, 1999. Welcome to our practice!
Jennifer
I have enjoyed working as a Dental Hygienist at Elmbrook General Dentistry since January 2000. I strive to provide my clients with gentle, personalized, and compassionate care. My years of experience combined with the desire to remain current on dental and overall health issues enable me to provide clients with excellent care.
My husband and I are having fun raising their daughter and son. In my spare time I enjoy books, movies, and exercise.
Sandra
My name is Sandy and I am one of the Treatment Coordinators/Assistants here at Elmbrook General Dentistry. I was born and raised in Wisconsin; however most of my 24 years in dentistry has been spent in the south. I have had the privilege of working with some very well known and respected Oral Surgeons and TMJ specialists in both South Carolina and Georgia. I have found General Dentistry to be the most challenging and rewarding of all and I am very happy to be a part of an awesome team here at Elmbrook General Dentistry.
I have a wonderful husband Jeff and we have been married for 20 years. We are both huge Packer and Brewers fans and are enjoying being able to see some games in person. We also enjoy bowling and boating. We enjoy taking our spoiled golden retriever named Delaney out on the water with us.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you maintain good oral health. You may hear me called Dixie from time to time, please feel free to ask me the reason behind the name y’all.

I am one of the hygienists, my name is Deb and I have been with Elmbrook General Dentistry for 2 years. I graduated from MATC in 1994 and have worked full time doing hygiene since then.
I have been married for 21 years. My husband and I have 6 daughters, 1 son and 7 grandchildren. We enjoy spending time with our family, our 2 Shih Tzu’s Meiko and Brinkley and our 2 cats Mango and Taz. We also enjoy gardening and working in our yard.

Hi! My name is Judy Donabar and I joined the Elmbrook General Dentistry team in January 2003.
My husband Bob and I have three children and one grandson. In our free time we love to travel, boat, work on our house and babysit.

Hi, I’m Amy. Welcome to our practice. I have been part of the Elmbrook General Dentistry team since 1998.
My family includes my husband Jeff, daughters Lindsay and Natalie and son James. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. Golf, music and gardening are a few of my hobbies.
Jane
Hi! My name is Jane and I am a dental hygienist here at Elmbrook General Dentistry. My dental career started at Marquette University. I graduated in 1977 with degrees in Dental Hygiene and Education. My first dental hygiene position was in a busy children’s practice where I stayed for 8 years. I got the travel bug and moved to Southern California where I worked in the computer industry for 2 years. In 1985 I moved back to the Milwaukee area and joined Elmbrook General Dentistry. I have been happy to call Elmbrook my home for the past 21 years.
I married the “dental salesman of my dreams” in 1985. Ken and I have 2 sons, Ryan who is attending the University of Iowa and Colin who is a sophomore at Brookfield East High School. They are the loves of my life along with my dog, Sadie.
In my spare time I enjoy running and am even hoping to get the office to join me in an upcoming ½ marathon. School volunteering, family and friends keep my days full.
I continue to enjoy dental hygiene and the patients I have come to call friends. Some of my patients have been with me for 21 years and I have even started on the 3rd generation! I am committed to keeping abreast of new technology and changes in the dental industry by attending dental seminars and continuing education courses. This reflects the value EGD places on providing exceptional dental care for all our patients.

Hello, my name is Brenda Fraley (aka Gladys). I am a dental assistant at the office. I’ve been here a year and a half. I started my career in 1985 and had some formal training at Gateway Technical in Kenosha.
I’ve been married to my husband, Dean, for 16 years. We have two children, Colette, 15, and Sam, 13. I have been in the greater Milwaukee area since 1982, but grew up in the great state of Minnesota. I enjoy being with my family, immediate and extended. Christmas is my favorite time of the year.
